Bryan Pollard

Bryan Pollard is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as a Trustee on the Board of Trustees at the University of Connecticut since May 2020, Bryan leverages expertise in legal, risk assessment, and strategic thinking to support the institution's objectives. Prior to this role, Bryan held the position of Associate General Counsel at RTX from April 2020 to August 2025, providing legal guidance on global supply chain operations and negotiating major contracts. Previous experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel at United Technologies, where legal advice was provided on commercial contracts and corporate reorganizations, as well as leading the Shared Service Contracts Department at Otis Elevator Company, managing a significant volume of commercial agreements. Bryan holds a Juris Doctorate from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Connecticut, graduated Magna Cum Laude and elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
