Christine Dougan

Christine Dougan, MSHRM, currently serves as the Director of Finance and Operations at the University of Connecticut Waterbury, where responsibilities include managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and streamlining campus functions to enhance efficiency. In addition to this role, Christine also holds the position of Associate Campus Director, focusing on overseeing campus operations, enhancing student engagement, and fostering leadership development through collaboration with faculty, staff, and students. Christine earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from The University of Connecticut School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Charter Oak State College. Additionally, participation in the UConn School of Business Executive Education Program resulted in a certificate in Executive Education for Public Service Employees.
