Heather K.

Heather K. has extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as the inaugural Senior Advisor and Chief of Staff for the Division of Student Life at the University of Delaware since July 2009. In this role, Heather K. has developed and optimized the Chief of Staff position while launching the division's strategic plan, "Creating an Unparalleled Student Experience." Previously, Heather K. was the founding Director of the Office of Orientation & Transition Programs at the University of Delaware, where programs and policies were established to facilitate onboarding for over 4,000 individuals annually. Prior to this, Heather K. held positions at Georgetown University as Director of New Student Orientation and Assistant Director of Student Programs, at the University of Vermont as a Graduate Assistant in Research & Marketing for Residential Life, and as a Sr. Admission Counselor at Providence College. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from the College of the Holy Cross.
