Rachel Miller

Rachel Miller is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in school improvement and operations. Currently serving as a Senior School Improvement Specialist at the University of Delaware since August 2023, Rachel previously worked as a Senior Operations Coordinator at San Antonio ISD from April 2021 to June 2023. Rachel's earlier roles include Math Teacher at Alamo Heights High School and Upper Division Director at The Montessori School of San Antonio. In a notable tenure at KIPP San Antonio from July 2008 to July 2018, Rachel held multiple positions, including Founding School Leader of KIPP Poder Academy and Assistant Principal. Rachel began her teaching career as a High School Math Teacher at Harry S Truman High School from August 2005 to June 2008. Educational Qualifications include a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Trinity University and a Master's Degree in Secondary Math Education from The City College of New York, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Religion from Princeton University.
