Rose Cashley-Field

Rose Cashley-Field currently serves as the Head of Individual Giving at the University of Exeter, a position held since February 2025. Concurrently, Rose is the Chair of the Board of Trustees for St Tudy Pre-school, providing governance and strategic oversight since April 2023. With extensive experience in fundraising and membership management, Rose previously worked as the Membership & Individual Giving Manager at the Eden Project for over a decade, contributing to significant revenue growth. Prior roles include Membership Team Leader at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, and Participant Care Administrator at RNIB. Rose began a career in fundraising with Buffalo Fundraising Consultants as a Senior Fundraising Campaign Manager. Rose holds a BA (Hons) in Archaeology and Anthropology from the University of Bristol.
