Priyanka is an IT Support Analyst at the University of Greenwich since January 2022, providing on-campus and remote IT assistance to staff and students while troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Previous roles include Student Ambassador, Product Assistant, Welcome Team Officer, UK Recruitment Student Ambassador, and ILD Research Assistant, all emphasizing support and engagement for new and current students. Currently serving as a Student Programme Representative for Year 2 and Year 3 in Software Engineering, Priyanka bridges communication between students and faculty. Involved in research initiatives and administrative support roles, Priyanka focuses on enhancing student experiences and ensuring efficient operations. Priyanka is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering Hons in Software Engineering at the University of Greenwich, expected to graduate in 2025.
