Dr. Anna Schwan

Dr. Anna Schwan is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in communication and marketing. Currently serving as the Founder and Director of the MeetFrida Art Foundation since July 2020, Dr. Schwan also holds the position of Marketing-Vorstand at Hamburg@work Digital Cluster Management and has been a Lehrbeauftragte at Universität Hamburg since October 2018. Additionally, Dr. Schwan is the CEO of Schwan Studios, a role undertaken since January 2015, and previously worked as Geschäftsführerin at UMPR GmbH and Leitung Kommunikation at Hamburg Ballett. Dr. Schwan began their career as a Projekt Manager at the Auswärtiges Amt and has held various project leadership roles since 2005. Academically, Dr. Schwan earned a Promotion in Kommunikationswissenschaften and a Magister in Geschichtswissenschaften and Kommunikationswissenschaften from the University of Hamburg, supplemented by a study period at Universidad de Sevilla.
