Hannah Greer

Hannah Greer has extensive experience in employability support and career development, currently serving as an Employability Adviser - EMPOWER at the University of Kent since October 2012. In this role, Hannah focuses on assisting students and graduates with job placements while promoting Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), particularly regarding disability inclusion in the workplace. Additionally, Hannah co-chairs the Disabled Staff Network and previously coordinated a successful Work-Study Scheme aimed at broadening access to employment for undergraduates. Prior experience includes roles at Canterbury Christ Church University, where Hannah enhanced student employability through workshops, employer collaboration, and career information dissemination. Hannah holds a PGCert in Careers Education: Guidance Studies from the University of Derby and a BA in French from the University of Kent.
