Matt Jones

Matt Jones is an experienced career consultant currently serving as the Lead Career Consultant for the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Liverpool since July 2022. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions in career advising and employability, including Careers Advisor at York St. John University and Employability and Placements Co-ordinator at the University of York. Additional experience includes working as a Job Coach at Involve Northwest and in customer service and design consultancy roles at Home Retail Group PLC and B&Q, respectively. Matt holds a PGDip in Career Education, Information and Guidance in Higher Education from the University of Warwick and an NVQ Level 3 in Careers - Information, Advice and Guidance from Learning Curve, along with a Bachelor's Degree with honours in English Language & Linguistics from York St. John University.
