Victoria M. serves as the Assistant Director of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB), having previously held the position of Manager for the same program. With extensive experience in program development, data analytics, and project management, Victoria excels in fostering relationships across various UMB schools and units. Prior roles include working as a Laboratory Animal Research Specialist at the Center for Epigenetic Research in Child Health & Brain Development (CERCH), serving as an ERM consultant for the University System of Maryland, and gaining valuable experience as an Immersion Tour Guide and Camp Counselor at the National Aquarium. Education includes a Master of Science in Law with a focus on Homeland Security and Crisis Management Law from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Master of Science in Management with an Interdisciplinary Studies specialization from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
