Amy Bielicki

Amy Bielicki is a dedicated higher education professional currently serving as a Program Coordinator for the Smith Business Leadership Fellows at the University of Maryland since August 2023. Previously, Amy held the position of Resident Director at Miami University from July 2019 to August 2023, where strong communication skills were utilized to effectively support over 270 students annually and manage crisis situations. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Complex Director at Western Illinois University, where significant reductions in vandalism charges were achieved through strategic marketing efforts, and as a Resident Assistant at Mount St. Mary's University, where mentorship and administrative oversight were provided to fellow assistants. Amy holds a Master of Science in College Student Personnel from Western Illinois University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Mount St. Mary's University.
