Ange Burt

Ange Burt currently serves as the Associate Director of Indigenous Partnerships at the University of Melbourne, a role commenced in September 2025, focused on fostering partnerships with First Nations businesses. Previous experience includes positions at the AFL as an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employment Specialist, and at Richmond Football Club in various roles such as Director of Indigenous Leadership and Indigenous Player Development Manager. Additional experience encompasses work as an Indigenous Development Manager at Hawthorn Football Club and as Manager of Indigenous Strategy at Swinburne University of Technology, where responsibilities included teaching Indigenous Education.
