Deontay Morris

Deontay Morris currently serves as a Live Sports Programmer at Apple since January 2023 and holds the position of Advisory Board Member for the Michigan Athletics Career Center (MACC), providing mentorship to University of Michigan student-athletes. Prior experience includes roles at Spotify, where Deontay was the Podcast Editorial Community Lead and Podcast Editor for Sports & Gaming from February 2020 to February 2023, and Associate Producer at FOX Sports between August 2017 and February 2020. Earlier career highlights include being a Graphics Producer at Turner Sports, Senior Research Analyst at Nielsen, and Production Researcher at ESPN. Deontay’s foundational experience began as a Basketball Operations Intern at Monumental Sports & Entertainment and a Sports Intern at NBC. Deontay Morris earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Howard University in 2011.
