Michael Clements

Michael Clements M.S. has extensive experience in finance and information systems within higher education, currently serving as Interim Assistant Vice President at the University of Minnesota since July 2004. Clements oversees four direct reports and manages an operating budget of approximately $15 million as part of the University Services department. Previous roles include Executive Director of Supply Chain Management and Lead Business Analyst for the procurement processes. Clements has also held positions such as Accounting and Finance Manager in the College of Science and Engineering and Grants and Contract Administrator. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management of Technology from the University of Minnesota, various Lean Six Sigma certifications, and a Bachelor of Arts in Management.
