Catherine Oliver

Catherine Oliver is a Customer Care Specialist at Toast since November 2023, with extensive experience in academia and internships. Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Bioinformatics at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Catherine has held various roles, including Computer Science Tutor, Graduate Assistant, and Undergraduate Research Assistant, where research on Toxoplasma gondii and cat behavior was conducted using R and Python. Previous positions include IT/Computer Science Intern at Interpublic Group (IPG), a summer internship in Business Intelligence/Data Reporting at CSG, and Title Analyst at American Title, Inc. Catherine’s foundational experience began at St. Olaf College as a Student Library Assistant, managing library operations and assisting patrons. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from St. Olaf College.
