Julie Jimenez

Julie Jimenez (Sadofsky) currently serves as the Assistant Director for Global Grants and YSEALI Administrative Director at the University of Nebraska at Omaha since August 2021. With a strong background in international and educational initiatives, prior roles include Country Director at Outreach360, where responsibilities encompassed volunteer and staff support, and Regional Volunteer Coordinator for the Peace Corps, overseeing the integration of 35 volunteers. Julie's experience further includes roles such as Early Childhood Literacy Promoter and Retail Consultant, alongside extensive involvement in youth leadership and community engagement through various organizations. Julie holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies, Global Studies, Judaic Studies, Spanish, and History from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is currently pursuing a Master's of Public Administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
