Dianne Allen

Dianne Allen is a non-executive director and chartered accountant who currently serves as the Deputy Chair and member of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee at Unimutual. They are also a member of the Audit and Risk Committee at Hunter New England Local Health District and chair the Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee for Lake Macquarie City Council. Dianne is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand and completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors from 2012 to 2013.
