David Miller

David Miller is currently the Chief Administrative Officer for the Cancer Service Line at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System. They have served as an Administrator in Radiation Oncology and Molecular Radiation Sciences at Johns Hopkins Medicine since 2009, providing strategic, financial, and administrative leadership while spearheading major projects, including the development of a proton therapy center. David began their career at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where they focused on financial management and operational efficiency in various departments. They hold an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland College Park.
