Marty Peifer

Marty Peifer has extensive experience in clinical informatics, currently serving as the Associate Medical Director for Clinical Informatics within the Primary Care Service Line at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System since October 2017. Previously, Marty held the role of Assistant Medical Director of Clinical Informatics at Lehigh Valley Physician Group from June 2005 to October 2017, and was a Faculty Associate at the American Medical Informatics Association from September 2001 to September 2005. Earlier in the career, Marty worked as a Family Physician at Clinical Care Associates from 1997 to 2001. Marty Peifer holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Temple University and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Drexel University.
