Robert Seneca

Robert Seneca, GPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and education. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Phoenix since January 2009, Robert teaches and develops curriculum for online undergraduate courses focused on Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Culture, Group Dynamics, and Professional Ethics. Robert held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Iovino Enterprises, LLC from June 2018 to November 2024, where responsibilities included building a full-scale HR department for a private investment capital conglomerate. Prior roles include Executive Director of Learning & Talent Management at Altice USA from 2015 to 2018, Global Human Resource Business Partner at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from 2010 to 2015, and Director of Global Learning and Talent Development at Bluegreen Corp. from 2005 to 2010. Educational qualifications consist of a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University.
