Jennifer R. Madden, PhD, currently serves as the Dean of the School of Business & Society at the University of Redlands, a position held since July 2025. In addition, Jennifer is the President of Leverage Point Development, which has been operating since June 2009. Previous roles include Professor of Management and Dean of the School of Business at Linfield University from September 2020 to June 2025, and several positions at Carthage College, including Department Chair and Founding Director of the Master of Business Design & Innovation Program. Jennifer also has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Case Western Reserve University and as a College Lecturer at Cleveland State University. Educational credentials include a PhD in Management and a Master’s in Nonprofit Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and American Studies from Case Western Reserve University.
