Evan Donaldson is the CEO and Founder of Talentry, LLC, specializing in consulting, staffing, and talent sourcing since July 2015. Concurrently, Evan serves as the VP of Client and Workforce Management at OptimEyes AI, which focuses on AI-powered solutions for enterprise security and risk management since January 2017. In September 2023, Evan became a Partner at Continuum Talent Solutions, providing recruitment expertise and consulting services. Additionally, Evan volunteers as the VP of Programs for the San Diego Chapter of HDI and is a committee member of the USD Alumni Association. With prior experience as Managing Director at InfoSystems Resources and Regional Managing Director at Eastridge Infotech, among other roles in recruiting and account management, Evan has built a robust background in talent acquisition and workforce management. Education includes a BA from the University of San Diego and a MS program in Molecular Biology from San Diego State University.
