Jessica Kench is an experienced educational professional, currently serving as the Associate Director and Disability Specialist at the University of San Francisco since July 2011. With a strong focus on facilitating student access to programs and services, Jessica has extensive expertise in coordinating accommodations, evaluating disability documentation, and conducting assessments to improve academic success and retention. Before joining USF, Jessica held various roles at the Art Institute of California San Francisco, including Student Support & Disabilities Services Coordinator and Academic Advisor, demonstrating a commitment to supporting students with disabilities and enhancing their educational experiences. Previous experiences include academic advising roles at Miami University and tutoring program management at StudyPoint, complemented by a Master’s degree in Family Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development & Family Studies.
