Premlatha Premkumar

Unknown role at University of Southern California

Premlatha Premkumar is an undergraduate research fellow at the Signal Transformation, Analysis, and Compression Lab at the University of Southern California. Premlatha was selected to work with Professor Antonio Ortega and a PhD mentor Ecem Bozkurt through CURVE Fellowship Program. Premlatha has encoded regression functions to analyze data from EEG sensors to predict likelihood of future epilepsy in a subject. Premlatha has also constructed graphs using sensors as nodes and modeled correlations as edge weights, to estimate correlations between EEG sensors. Lastly, Premlatha has created linear and non-negative kernel regression models of datasets and graphed result with emphasis on nodes and edge weights.

Premlatha Premkumar attended the University of Southern California, where they received their Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Premlatha also attended Palos Verdes Peninsula High School.
