Michelle Barnett

Michelle Barnett is an experienced HR Data Team Leader and HR Systems Administrator at the University of St Andrews, a position held since July 2015. In this role, Michelle oversees the HR Data Team, manages staff records and onboarding, and is responsible for reporting on staffing complements and FTE figures for statutory accounts. Collaboration with finance and planning teams, along with process improvement initiatives and system implementations, forms a significant part of Michelle's responsibilities. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Change Recruitment Group and Hays, and began a career in customer service and project analysis at schuh. Michelle holds a degree from the University of Glasgow, completed in 2011.
