Jay McCloskey is a Thought Leadership Researcher at EY, with a focus on producing innovative research for client insights. As a PhD candidate in Management (Occupational Psychology) at the University of Sussex, Jay conducts quantitative research on feedback-giving behavior in the workplace. Previous roles include Research Fellow on an ESRC-funded project, Consultant at agiLab, and Content Designer for the Cabinet Office, among others. Leveraging a diverse background in psychology and consultancy, Jay possesses extensive experience in statistical analysis, project management, and psychometric test evaluation.
