Laura Arellano

Laura Arellano serves as an Ambassador and Mediator for Braver Angels since May 2023. With extensive experience in talent and organizational development, Laura established the Talent Development department at Ancestry and led various global initiatives. As an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Utah Professional Education, Laura has contributed to leadership development programs since 2000. Previous roles include Chair of the Capitol Hill Neighborhood Council, Past President and Board Member of the Utah Women's Alliance for Building Community, and Consultant for Meta Logia Leadership Development Training. Laura's commitment to community engagement is reflected in involvement with organizations such as the Salt Lake County Democratic Party and multiple professional associations. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from California State University-Sacramento.
