Ann C. Barlow

Ann C. Barlow serves as the Scholars Programs Director at the University of Vermont's Center for Academic Success, where responsibilities include spearheading internal communication strategies for programs that enhance student engagement and inclusivity. With a robust background in higher education, Ann has held various leadership positions within Learning Communities, overseeing substantial budgets and managing teams to foster collaboration and intercultural competency. In addition to a career in academia, Ann has contributed as an adjunct professor at multiple institutions, consistently recognized for effective teaching and student mentoring. Ann is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education at the University of Vermont, building on previous degrees, including a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Connecticut.
