Garima Gupta

Garima Gupta is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in learning design and development. As the Founder and CEO of ARTHA LEARNING INC since May 2017, Garima has focused on creating engaging learning experiences. Additionally, involvement with the University of Victoria as a member of the Advisory Committee for Programming for Workplace Learning Professionals and serving on the board of The Institute for Performance and Learning highlights a commitment to advancing professional education. Garima has also contributed as a mentor with the Indo Canada Chamber of Commerce and has experience as faculty at Lambton College, where instruction was provided for the eLearning Design & Training Development Graduate Certificate. Prior roles include positions at DB Schenker and WSI Internet Consulting, where training strategies for employees and global digital marketing audiences were developed. Educational credentials include an M.Ed. in Adult Education from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Government Engineering College, Bhopal, complemented by a certificate in E-Learning Instructional Design from ASTD.
