Courtney L. Harris

Courtney L. Harris, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager in the Office of the Vice President for Research at the University of Virginia, responsible for managing award administration for projects under the Grand Challenges initiative. Previous roles include Associate Director of Development for Healthcare Philanthropy at UVA Health, where focus was on building major gift pipelines, and Associate Director of Employer Relations at the UVA Career Center, overseeing employer-student relationship development. Earlier experience includes positions as Assistant Director of Employer Engagement & Recruiting at UVA Darden School of Business, and various roles in the pharmacy and legal sectors. Courtney holds an MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Management Information Systems from Auburn University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a minor in Crime and Justice from Bridgewater College.
