Jamie Rush

Jamie Rush is a PhD Candidate in French at the University of Virginia, focusing on 17th and 18th century French and Francophone literature, Enlightenment philosophy, and the 20th century French literary context. Prior to this, Jamie served as a Trilingual Account Manager at OpenTable, managing restaurant accounts in English, Spanish, and French across the Americas. Jamie also worked as an Account Executive at Wingspan, assisting independent professionals, and held various roles at OpenTable, including Trilingual Account Executive and Sales Development Representative. Jamie's earlier experiences include serving as an Account Manager for the French-American Chamber of Commerce, a Scone Foundation Research Fellow at New York University, a French Drill Instructor at Dartmouth College, and guiding horse camping trips in Idaho. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Romance Languages from Dartmouth College, a Master's in French Studies from New York University, and ongoing doctoral studies at the University of Virginia.
