Ashlesha Pawar

Ashlesha Pawar currently serves as the Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment at the University of West Georgia since March 2022. Prior experience includes positions as the Director of Institutional Research at Luther College and as a Senior Institutional Research Analyst at the University of Mary Washington. Ashlesha has a strong background in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, creating interactive dashboards, and automating reports to enhance efficiency. Earlier roles also include Associate Program Analyst and Graduate Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, where skills in data reporting, survey analysis, and database management were developed. Ashlesha holds an MS in Information Technology Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and an MBA in Information Technology from Indsearch Pune.
