Kieron Galloway

Kieron Galloway serves as the Director of People & Culture at the University of Winchester since May 2023, where responsibility includes the development and execution of the People & Culture Strategy and leading the People & Culture team. Prior to this role, Kieron was the Chief People Officer at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, overseeing the People Strategy for a multi-site NHS organization, and previously held the position of Deputy Director of People within the same trust. Kieron's earlier experience includes various HR leadership roles at Novartis, where responsibilities ranged from Global HR Business Partner to HR Business Partner for UK operations, focusing on change management and talent development. Additional roles include Head of HR at Elanco Animal Health and Learning and Development Manager positions at URS Corporation and Scott Wilson. Kieron holds a degree in Business Studies from Solent University.
