Ryan Donally

Ryan Donally serves as the President & Chief Executive Officer of the Windsor-Essex Chamber of Commerce since January 2025 and also holds a position as a Sessional Professor in Strategy and Management at the University of Windsor since September 2015, focusing on personal and professional development through real-world applications. Previously, Ryan occupied several leadership roles at the Municipality of Lakeshore, including Chief Growth Officer and Division Leader for Economic & Intergovernmental Affairs, where responsibilities spanned economic development, tourism, and community planning. Ryan's professional background also includes positions at Invest WindsorEssex, where responsibilities involved investment attraction and corporate marketing, as well as previous experience in marketing communications at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. A former professional hockey player and coach, Ryan has an educational foundation that includes an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Windsor, alongside multiple certifications in Economic Development.
