Eric Alar

Eric Alar is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in research and engineering, currently serving as a Research Assistant (PhD Student) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since February 2021, focusing on improving large blast freezers for food production facilities through advanced methods. In addition to academic pursuits, Eric operates as a Driving Instructor at Elkhart Lake's Road America, Inc., and runs a successful automotive YouTube channel.
