Raymond Neal

Raymond Neal is currently serving as Project Director at Human Impact Partners (HIP) since May 2022. Previously held the position of Residence Life Coordinator at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has been actively involved as an Associate and Learning Communities Facilitator with the Learning Communities for Institutional Change & Excellence (LCICE) since January 2015. Additionally, Raymond worked as a Community Coach with the MATCH Department at the UW Population Health Institute from January 2019 to June 2022. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Development & Change at Fielding Graduate University, expected to graduate in May 2024.
