Naohiro Mouri

Naohiro (Neo) Mouri, CPA, CIA, currently serves as the Chairman of the Audit and Advisory Committee at UNOPS since April 2022. With a robust background in auditing, Naohiro has held significant positions, including Executive Vice President and Chief Auditor at AIG from July 2015 to March 2025, and previously at MetLife Japan as Statutory Executive Officer, Senior Vice President, Chief Auditor. Other notable roles include Managing Director, Chief Auditor - Asia Pacific at JPMorgan Chase, General Manager, General Auditor at Shinsei Bank, and several leadership positions in major financial institutions such as Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, and BNP Paribas.
