Heike Mauritz possesses extensive experience in quality management within the food industry. Currently serving as the Head of Quality Management Supplier, Specifications, and Systems at Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller since March 2019, responsibilities include the approval and development of suppliers and specification management. Previous roles include Leitung Qualitätsmanagement und Lebensmittelrecht at Lorenz Snack-World, where significant contributions involved leading projects for ISO 9001:2015 certification and the implementation of the LMIV regulations. Earlier positions include Leitung Qualitätsmanagement und Prozessentwicklung at Lorenz Bahlsen Snack-World, focusing on quality assurance, audit coordination, and product safety.
