Christian Bailey is a seasoned entrepreneur and expert in aviation and technology with a diverse portfolio of roles. As Co-Founder and CPO of Squawk AI since July 2024, Christian focuses on enhancing aircraft diagnostics through GenAI. Concurrently, as an Instructor and Mentor Pilot at Aero City Group Inc., Christian provides instruction on Citation CJ3+ and Citation Mustang aircraft. With a background in invention and patents strategy at REGENT, Venus Aerospace, and ZeroAvia, Christian drives innovation across multiple organizations. Additionally, Christian serves as a Venture Partner and Chief Scientist at UP.Partners, creating and investing in advanced technologies for transportation. As Co-Founder and Chief Scientist at Curated Innovation, Christian develops intellectual property and prototypes alongside global partners. Previous positions include Managing Partner at incTANK Ventures, Co-founder and CEO at Ligon Discovery, and Co-founder and Co-CEO at Lincoln Group. Christian holds fellowships in Molecular Biology, Materials Science, and Aerospace from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and also completed BA and MA degrees from the University of Oxford.
