Kristin Duffy is the Director of Marketing at Updater. Prior to their current position, they served as a marketing advisor for Journey CxO from April to June 2022. From September 2021 to May 2022, they were the Marketing Director for Updater, expanding their scope to lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of 10 managers across B2B & B2C Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Content & Creative, and Marketing Operations reporting to the Chief Product Officer. From October 2015 to September 2021, they were the Director, Partner Marketing for [Zillow Group](/org/zillow-group). And from March 2015 to October 2015, they served as an Account Supervisor for [Starbucks](/org/starbucks) at [Edelman](/org/edelman). Ryan Hubbard is currently the CTO and COO at Updater. Prior to that, they were a Partner and CTO at Yellowhammer from August 2010 to January 2014. Zack Shalvarjian is the current President of the Updater Platform at Updater. Prior to this, they were the Director of Data Science, Data Engineering, and GTM Operations at Heroku from June 2014 to November 2017. David Greenberg is the Founder and CEO of Updater. Finding and moving to a new home is an exciting process, one that shouldn’t be diminished because of a laundry list of tasks that needs to be completed. As a pioneer of the ReloTech™ industry, David built a technology company that simplifies moving for the millions of Americans that move each year.

During a move of David’s years ago, he was as frustrated as everyone else, searched for an app to help, and found nothing. Not one to pass up a challenge, he realized there was a huge opportunity to reinvent how Americans move and turn a painful process into an enjoyable experience. David built and launched Updater in 2011, determined to create a tool that could ease the burden of moving.

Grant was the lead seed investor in [Updater](/org/updater) and has been on the Board since 2011. Grant is an active technology investor in both the United States and Australia and previously held a range of senior positions within London-based investment bank Evolution Securities (since sold to [Investec](/org/investec-plc)) and Ernst & Young in Australia. Grant is a chartered accountant, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and completed the Owner/President Management Program at [Harvard Business School](/org/harvard-business-school).

Lee served for over six years as the Chief Financial Officer at Twilio, leading the company’s revenue growth from $15M ARR to $800M ARR and through its public listing. Prior to Twilio, Lee was the CFO for Say Media, Ofoto (acquired by Kodak and later renamed the Kodak Imaging Network), and iOwn (formerly Homeshark). Lee also serves on the board of three other companies and advises several high-growth technology companies. Lee holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Lee was appointed to the Board in February 2022.

Bangaly currently serves as the Head of Platform Growth at Popshop Live. He has over a decade of experience as a technology executive with previous roles including VP of Product at Instacart, Head of Growth at Instagram, and Senior Product Manager at Facebook. He also serves on the Board of Directors at Spark Networks, a publicly-traded portfolio of premium and freemium dating apps. Bangaly holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, a MA from American University, and a BS from Washington University in St. Louis. Bangaly was appointed to the Board in February 2022.
