Also a current strategic advisor to IWG plc, Lottefier will be tasked with evolving the business as it focuses on servicing enterprise customers and providing flexible workspaces to thousands of employees across the world. Upflex is the largest global network of workspaces. The addition of Lottefier comes on the heels of Upflex’s appointment of Liassine Talbi, a former IWG plc executive, as Global Sales Lead. Upflex also recently launched Safe Spaces™, a coworking industry program.
“Over the past eight months, as Upflex has evolved into an enterprise SaaS model, it became very clear we need a partner like Vincent,” said Christophe Garnier, Co-Founder and CEO of Upflex. “He is a proven leader with expertise in every aspect of the commercial real estate industry, and we’re thrilled to welcome him to Upflex as we focus on multiplying relationships with both brokerage firms and enterprise clients globally in 2021.”
Lottefier brings with him more than 30 years of experience in the corporate real estate industry. Most recently, his position as Global President of Integrated Portfolio Services with JLL saw him act as an EMEA management board member, a global corporate solutions board member, and spearhead all business P&L accountabilities for the Middle East & Africa. His experience with global accounts will be especially useful to Upflex, as they (like all companies) adjust to the remote-working world.
“In less than two years, Upflex has been able to create an industry-leading digital platform offering simple, easy-to-buy products across more than 5,500 locations, covering 75 countries and more than 650 flex office brands,” said Lottefier. “I’ve been waiting for the explosion of co-working spaces and the modern, flexible office for many years, and I am absolutely convinced that large and small enterprises, spanning all sectors across the world, can leverage Upflex to drive productivity, reduce cost, and be fit-ready for The Future Of Work.”
