Saurabh Bhasin

Saurabh Bhasin has extensive experience in human resources, holding leadership roles in various regions and specialties. Currently serving as the HR Head for North America, Latin America, Vetopharma, and HNS at UPL, Saurabh also holds the position of Region HR Head for North America and Global Total Rewards. Previous roles include Global HR Head for Crop Protection HQ and Total Rewards CoE at UPL, as well as Manager for HR and Talent Acquisition at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. Saurabh's foundational experience includes a Senior Analyst position in Campus Relations and Talent Acquisition at Deloitte, along with roles at Idea Cellular Ltd as Campus Relations & OD Manager, HR Business Partner for Rajasthan Region, and Human Resources Intern.
