Ruchit Motiwala

Ruchit Motiwala is an accomplished software engineer with a strong background in software development and architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer II at Upland Software since July 2023, Ruchit has focused on high-impact projects related to security and microservices architecture while mentoring junior team members and improving code quality. Prior to this role, Ruchit held the position of Assistant Vice President at Citi, contributing to significant migrations including Sybase to Oracle and monolithic to microservices architecture. Ruchit also gained valuable experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Accenture, where the design and implementation of RESTful APIs were central responsibilities, and as a System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, addressing feature implementation and software defects.
