Jessica Hodge

Jessica Hodge has an extensive background in human resources, currently serving as the Director of HR Experience & Innovation at UPMC since February 2010, where previous roles include Manager of HR Experience and Manager of Recruitment Brand Management & Experience. Prior to UPMC, Jessica worked at Rivers Casino as a Human Resources Specialist and at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Human Resources Coordinator. Early in the career, Jessica held the position of Assistant Manager at Perfumania. Jessica holds a B.A. in Applied Psychology from Penn State University and a PHR certification in Human Resources from the Human Resource Certification Institute, obtained in 2012.
