Julia Gongaware is a seasoned digital marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. They are currently the Director of Digital Marketing at UPMC, overseeing the architecture of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Previously, Julia co-founded eatPGH LLC and served as Director of Digital Marketing at UPMC Health Plan. Julia has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Point Park University and held various roles in digital media and marketing throughout their career. They hold an M.A. in Journalism & Mass Communication from Point Park University and a B.A. in Communication from Saint Vincent College.
