Dave Shook

Dave Shook is the Chief Data Officer at Uptake. Dave has also served as the Co-Founder and CEO of ShookIOT, a process performance solutions company, and the Principal of Dave Shook and Associates. Dave has also worked as the Chief Process Control Engineer at Oak Point Energy and the Principal Process Automation Engineer at KemeX Ltd. Dave began their career as a Faculty Service Officer at the University of Alberta before becoming the CTO of Matrikon Inc. and eventually the Team Leader at Nova Chemicals.

Dave Shook has a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta and a BSc in Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.
