Tim Clutter

Tim Clutter is the Vice President of Finance at Uptake. Tim has over 17 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry.

Tim started their career as a contract administrator for Thelen Sand & Gravel, Inc. in May 2004. In March 2007, they became the G/L accountant for HomeGain. In December 2009, they were promoted to finance manager. Tim held this position until May 2011 when they left HomeGain to join Apartments.com as their vice president of finance/divisional CFO. Tim remained with Apartments.com until January 2021 when they joined Uptake as their VP of finance.

Tim Clutter reports to Kayne Grau, CEO & Board Member. Tim Clutter works with Mark Botticelli - CTO, Quincy Ross - VP, Operations, and Joe Becker - VP, Global Business Development.
