Omkar Pokharkar

Omkar Pokharkar is a research professional with significant experience in the academic and research sectors. Currently serving as a Research Assistant at Ural Federal University since March 2022, Omkar previously held the position of Research Engineer at the same institution from December 2019 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes a student internship at Stem Cure Private Limited in early 2015. Omkar holds dual Master of Science degrees in Applied Food Safety and Food Biotechnology from Wageningen University & Research, along with a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from D Y Patil University, School of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics.
