Natalie Malone

Natalie Malone is a Talent Operations Analyst at URBN, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Natalie worked as a Crime Statistics Analyst Co-op for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority from September 2019 to March 2020, where responsibilities included interpreting crime data and managing citation databases. Experience also includes roles as a Barista at Saxbys, a Research Assistant at Butryn Lab, Drexel University, and a Cashier at Haunted Golf. Natalie holds a Master of Science in Social and Organizational Psychology from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Drexel University, in addition to a high school diploma from Absegami High School.
