Alexandra Hoskins has over 17 years of experience in leadership roles focused on learning, development, and operational excellence. At Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Alexandra served as Group Director for Learning, Inclusion & Engagement, leading global learning initiatives and driving diversity strategies. Previous roles include Senior Director of Talent Development and Director of Guest Experience Training & Development, where Alexandra enhanced training programs and service culture. Earlier in the career, Alexandra worked at Restoration Hardware as Flagship Operations Leader, managing flagship operations and overseeing multiple operational aspects, followed by roles as Store Leader II and Store Leader, enhancing leadership and training across top-volume galleries.
